They ARE both editorial choices but also you should make Zuck as the proprietor of a platform go before congress and publicly say that his platform makes editorial choices to control the content of what people consume and thus it is protected.

i doubt meta broke any laws by pulling the no kings accounts down during the protests and i think zuckerberg should go to congress and explain that the company can do whatever they want to stifle dissent they disagree with or find a threat to their business
