I’ve been on estrogen for 10 years, and my testosterone is lower than the vast majority of cis women’s (which isn’t really ideal but the nhs don’t care about fixing it so hey ho). I’m pretty sure that I’m weaker in most regards than most cis women my age are.

I mean, yeah, unsurprising results. Grip strength is sexually dimorphic yes, but in ways tied to e.g. muscle mass, and muscle mass is strongly connected to the hormonal system. If you switch off testosterone and move to an estrogen-dominated system, shit starts changing.
