Pharmacist sent me some "helpful links" for pain management after routine med review. I've had chronic pain >10yrs, diagnosed with #fibromyalgia ~9yrs ago, and #hEDS #HSD this year. No amount of positive thinking or fucking mindfulness is going to make my body produce collagen correctly 🤬

Chronic illness & chronic pain can change us into a person we don’t want to be. Living in severe pain all the time, it feels impossible to not let it get to you. I’m doing my best to not let it ruin me & destroy my whole life.
