When I was laying on the table for my C-section, I flinched at a pain and the male doctor responded "it's just the catheter." JUST the catheter? Let's change spots and see how you feel about that.

My doctor uses disposable plastic ones (with lights built in!) and they're not quite as bad since they're not cold! Still unpleasant though 😝
