In past arrests, I believe almost all those arrested either proved they were citizens or had been mistakenly registered when they got a driver's license and had never voted.

Voter registration is not a federal crime. So how are they are arresting and holding these persons based on immigration laws. This is not a crackdown on voting because these ppl would never have voted. We have draconian immigration laws.

Here's the thing - they are required to submit every name. It's on the election officials to sort it out not those gathering the documents. That's not a 'fraud ring'. They are following the law. Every county provides scrutiny to registrations. That's THEIR job.
