Postu göster11/ The mechanism is beautiful. Red and green fused with the yeast's native 2µ plasmid into a single replicon, and both lines independently knocked out FLP1, the recombinase that would otherwise cut the chimera back apart. Restore Flp1 and heredity collapses.
