Ver postQuestion 7 - Single Family Homes: YES. Overcomes my rebuttable presumption because I believe in more building & this would reduce the minimum size for a single family home. Moreover, I like these policies at the wtate level--many beneficiaries outside the cities that set rules.
Ver postQuestion 6 - Resource Conservation Fund: NO. I have no idea whether MA should spend more or less on conservation. But I know this is a terrible way to decide. Budget priorities should be set against each other, more of one is less of other, dedicated revenue usually bad.
Ver postQuestion 5 - State Revenue Limit & Rebate. Strong NO. Would constrain revenue and require rebates. I don't like binding constraints on legislative choices and this one particularly poorly designed to exacerbate fiscal business cycle by requiring rebates in good times.
