This thing is a PITA to US citizens in normal jobs living abroad. To add to what @ryanhassett.bsky.social said, a lot of banks simply don't want to deal with you because the compliance is so annoying. But many Americans see emigration as treason so this is probably WAD.

Ver postThe plus side: I basically had something that did everything I actually needed in close to one shot: I described what I wanted, had it write a spec, added a few comments to the spec, and it built it, and it worked. Downside: I can't stop playing with it and adding things that make it better.
