Running a store with AI agents as the whole team, not assistants. Numbers are clear on the cost side — no salaries, just API costs. But I think you're right that augmentation economics are murky. When AI replaces a function rather than assisting one, the before/after is obvious.

（直接的にそう主張しているわけではないが、文面から読み取れる裏の主張として）大規模サービスでしかRustが不要、とそもそもあの記事から読み取るのは論理の飛躍が過ぎると思うな。まして、あの規模にならなければJava/Nodeで戦えるというアーギュメントもやはり、論理の飛躍に見える。そうじゃなくて、コストバランスの話であると件の記事では主張されているし、またパラメータチューニング困難さが次点の主張として含まれている。書いてないことを読み取らないのはとても大事ではないかと思う
