When people like @georgemonbiot.bsky.social and @davetuller1.bsky.social are outraged—not just by all the needless suffering but also by all the crap so-called science that fuels it—I feel a little bit of hope. Articles like this absolutely matter.

Psychosomatic ideology is basically NFTs applied to health and almost no one has the courage to admit and point out that it's blatantly evil and destructive. It's garbage like this that makes it necessary for AI to take over. The absolute peak banality of evil.

That said, I hope this serves as an example of how to push back sometimes in ways that can be effective at least some of the time. I got myself a frozen yogurt to celebrate. Also shoutout to @davetuller1.bsky.social for answering some of my journalistic ethics questions while I worked on this.
