Taylor, that's horrible! How could they say such a terrible thing? I always encourage people to seek therapy if they feel like they need it or want it. But I definitely understand your reluctance after that! I hope that you will find a truly genuine therapist who can help you in the ways you need.

I will say that the first person I went to did not help me in any way except making me very very angry and more anxious about the issues i had I did find someone that I like and trust and has helped me immensely sorting out my brain

New boots! I have no business buying boots without trying them on but I also hate shoe stores and anyway, my right ankle is fussy due to being fused, but I can get these on and mostly off and the stretchy insert does not irritate my ankle and I think they are swell.
