I’m happy you found someone that you trust that helps you. I’ve been to a few. That was the one that made me feel unsafe to ever go to therapy again. I know I’m not okay. I just don’t know about it all.

The last therapist I saw years ago literally said the words, “no one will ever love you.” I was there because I tried to end my life. I have broken trust when it comes to therapy. I know it works for people. Maybe I could use some help. I’m just not sure I could ever feel comfortable in therapy. Idk
