There are times even when I’m sleepy and tired, I just can’t go to sleep. It’s not always that I have too many thoughts (although that is a big problem of mine). Oftentimes that’s the only part of my day where there are no expectations of me, and it’s hard to give that time up.

I HATE the 3:3 OT, as a coach I would forbid the 3rd guy from joining the rush unless their guys are back defending. If it's an odd man rush and all 3 go in and you don't score it's an automatic breakaway or even a 2-0.
