Lots of games were out there afaik, but they were usually just clones of old arcade games. The first post Soviet RPG(or rather closest thing to that) was possibly King's Bounty 2, the unofficial sequel made in eastern Ukraine in 1993. youtu.be/V4SR00J6qAo?...

Not a whole lot of games from USSR in general. Agat got a port of Knight Lore in '89, which is as close as it got. Post-collapse, it was mostly adventure games. Oldest RPG I know in Russia, and I wasn't able to find anything older, is the '98 Allods (Rage of Mages).
