...nobody talks about the toil something like working in entertainment whether it's mainstream or indepedant can have on folks who do have responsabilities like being a parent or about the intense uphill climb margnilzed folks face just being seen. It's a struggle all around.. but we do what we can

is also a lot as well... Give you money but you produce it on your own. It's a double edged sword in a lot of ways and there should ideally be a way for those voices of the margnilized to be heard without us destorying ourselves to tell our stories...

The creator economy of it all is genuinely a double edged sword.. it's nice to be able to tell your story and do what you can to share your voice when hollywood won't do it. Especially for those of us who are marginalized... but the concept of a studio giving the money after you've done all the work

- i genuinely can't have it be that way. I am actively trying to find a way to produce it fully .. right now it's independant but I want finacing from a studio .. I do want help. Because I want to tell my story, but I also need to take care of my family.
