The Kent Ornithological Society was founded in 1952. Its aims are to record and monitor the county’s bird life providing both a historical record of Kent’s birds but equally importantly providing data that can be used to help protect valuable habitats.

Grosvenor & Hilbert Park was a change of scenery this morning. A quick recce as I’m leading a bird walk tomorrow for #TunbridgeWells BC in conjunction with the KOS @kentishplover.bsky.social 24 species noted including Treecreeper, Nuthatch & Goldcrest - seeing them not so easy however!
