Toronto Bike parking guidelines were drafted 8y ago, and while there are guidelines for new construction, there is nothing for retrofits. Retrofit Bike parking responsibilities are shared by the street furniture & policy units. Here's the 2008 draft guidelines 🙏🏽: www.toronto.ca/wp-content/u...
