Whenever I've been to "make your own okonomiyaki" places, it's always been Osaka-style okonomiyaki. I'm figuring it's easier to make than Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. In any case, must admit that I'm happy for others to make okonomiyaki for me rather than to make it myself. 😅
Show PostI ate at a Chinese restaurant in Ginza. The restaurant's speciality is Gyoza, so I ordered that. But it was so huge! I couldn't eat it by myself! I had to leave some of it. In Japan, we are taught from childhood not to leave food uneaten.
