It's always a pleasure to get a speedy run and perform it on fresh legs - a very pleasant session. Getting a bit chilly for short/short clothing combo, but as I get running, I tend to forget about the temperature. Happy there was no rain. #running #pigtailpower

Beautiful late afternoon/early evening for a run! Aim was for base run, & that’s what it came out as on Garmin - I think the cooler temperatures definitely help 👍 #Running #RunSky #RunningFitness

Another step forward on the way back to running. Super easy 40-minute run. Enjoyed the new episode from @theexamroompodcast.pcrm.org and reassuring again that the recommended foods are staples in my diet. Though I do need to eat mushrooms more frequently. Keep showing up. Eat clean. Dream big.

A pretty sunrise. Ran a quick (for me) 6.5K, wearing gloves for the first time since last winter. Three hellos. Saw a stunning bird of prey (probably a kite) riding the air currents above the brook. #Running #UKRunChat
