After yesterday's rest day fiasco, the watch told me to rest today, so I didn't go out for a run. I did some yoga. It's quite a new Yoga with Adriene practice and was a nice stretchy one. I still can't stand on one leg and I still don't like downward dog though. #garmin #running #runsky #bendy

I thought my upcoming 50K was mostly flat, but apparently there’s just under 3,000 feet (914m) of climbing. Oops. There’s also a section called “Rock Hopper” that you will be unsurprised to hear is the most technical segment. Thankfully my historic 50K times suck, so a PR is still possible.
