also i think you only get that look after several days of dehydration i saw henry cavill talk about this because he did that specific look and uhhh he didn't like it.

He's also probably severely dehydrated in that picture to enhance the cut aesthetic. People can debate if this is hot (soft pass, imo), but there's no argument at all for this being healthy.

Also, that is not what he actually looks like. That is what he looks like immediately after specifically training for a role, which involves activities (including PEDs) detrimental to his long term health. He doesn't walk around like that 12 months a year.
