I mean, that's Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley's argument. It was also the ruling in Stratton Oakmont v. Prodigy, which necessitated 230. There is plenty of evidence that this would not be a good solution, but if you want to go with the Cruz Hawley approach... you do you.

One would be good and the other would be bad because one cause is good and the other is bad. We are not in the realm of procedural justice concerns anymore, liberalism is not obligated to be neutral on the question of its own existence.
