#LTHEchat A6 - I'd start by redesigning student evaluations, so that teachers' fear of the results doesn't constrain their approach. This would involve a switch from focus on teaching to focus on learning. E.g. "Staff challenged me to do my best learning", rather than "Teaching was high quality".

#LTHEChat A6 Ask students to draw their learning logs rather than just write them? (We just started our Curriculum module - and asked students to represent curriculum first in a drawing, image or poem - they made some beautiful representations to get the converation going!)

A6: In the new year on another module, we use design thinking. So we encourage drawing and diagrams and prototypes in workshops. All of that can be photographed and submitted to their portfolio of evidence and graded. They can even get marks for discarded ideas. #LTHEchat
