I've seen quite different contexts of when/where certain promotions happen, so I expect the real point you've pick up is when/for whom those eyes are on etc. Last point - absolutely, shifted the end of our PGCert gradually to put more on evidence based from their own choices/foci (and also sharing)

That's a fair distinction, Gary. I wouldn't want to lose the student voice from promotion either. I'd be more interested in how a colleague understood and acted on feedback than their average score. Could that be the evidence we reward? #LTHEchat

Yes - satisfsction surveys are often short term, they make no allowance that learning is messy and takes time and insight might come a while after the module ... #LTHEchat
