Happened to us as well since last year. I hate outlook so much.
Show PostThey have a security thing tagged to your emails. (some 4-5 letter acronym that escapes me right now) but basically any emails not directly from microsoft get blocked (i.e. cant send from gmail) and auto forwarding, while it can be turned on in outlook, it doesnt work and others don't receive it.

This happened to us back in May. I’m not a fan of having to check two email platforms... But I’m almost more annoyed with myself for drinking the outlook koolaid and embracing the app 🤬

That doesn't make sense. Do they have a customized version of Outlook? Because unless it's somehow blocked, you can set up an inbox rule to automatically forward emails.

I never have more than 12 months of work email in Outlook, the rest is archived in PST files which I have stored. So technically I am not forwarding it 😇 But senior management and IT are clearly singing the paranoia blues at that place.
