i've seen at least 3 "beta-reader" accounts that are clearly just chatgpt bots that search the word draft and respond to the author with questions that seem Just sincere enough to get a response and it's so evil. they even got Me once because of course i want to yap about the work.

it would be soooooooo easy to ignore ai and focus on Uplifting And Appreciating Human Creators if those creators would just stop talking about it. but of course then people would have to sacrifice the incredibly critical gains that come from dunking on AI on social media, such as: -

the worst part about this website by far is that if you want to follow artists you have to deal with them dedicating 75% of their social media presence to talking about how much they hate ai, which is, ironically, the vast vast vast majority of any AI discussion im ever forced to see.
