This is exactly why I believe veterans need someone knowledgeable walking them through every benefit. Too many miss out simply because nobody clearly explains what they qualify for.

This is getting hard to follow. If the bill needs this many adjustments and special rules just to get everyone on board, are we actually creating stability or just adding another layer of complexity?

I'm not sure stability is the same thing as solving the problem. If the biggest conferences still feel boxed in, this probably isn't the end of the conversation.
