I know from the first person who helped me that the scan was marked urgent. I called back just now? I got moved up a month. A FULL MONTH. Took me 5 minutes. I was nominally on the waitlist for earlier appointments. Have I received any notifications? Nope. Just called and they moved me.

I don't know how emphatically I can tell people that the medical system, bless it's heart (southern), is not out here trying to keep you alive. My doctor put a rush order on an MRI of my brain tumor, and this morning they scheduled me SIX WEEKS OUT. He had told me ~3 tops.

Isn't this a thing he has done before? When walking towards a camera filming him, he sometimes waves at a pretend crowd behind the camera to make it seem like he's popular and that there are people waiting for him for the television audience who can only see what the camera sees, and not behind it.
