Beautiful (& chilly 👍😁) morning! Incorporated #parkrun into a 6 mile tempo run & the new course at my local one is er, interesting! 🤨 I can see they’ve solved a few issues, but the start is now very slow! Still, #itsarunnotarace & I still #loveparkrun 😁

My wife called me out for worrying about going on a fast run. She says whenever I complain, I always come back in a great mood with a bunch of PRs. So of course I went out hard on a pace I couldn’t hold but managed to hang on and set PRs for 10K, 15K, and 10 miles. She knows me well #running #runsky

Good morning everyone! Today I ran for 3 hours! It was a bit of a hodge podge. Jeff’d it for 5 miles with my friend Kate, then took Bloo with me for a 5k and then finished the last bit by myself, reaching a half marathon and then doing strides for the last bit. Felt good. All the company broke it up

there’s nothing more motivating than running with high school kids training for track in their bahmillion dollar sports complex. Some very sweet girls were applauded me. 😍 Their coaches were super cool too #runningpunks #runsky #runchat #5KADay Helm Field, Los Gatos CA
