Such important remarks by @abdulelsayed.bsky.social. Health insurers increasingly use AI to deny prior auths & claims, but it has a higher error rate and may miss critical factors (eg if a patient’s case isn’t textbook). And as my book Coverage Denied shows, reversing the denial is very burdensome.
