Cold and bracing winds for my 14K, but I was gradually warmed by the rising sun. Ran past an abandoned toilet and an abandoned office chair. Three hellos. One running club. One bike boy pulling a wheelie. #Running #UKRunChat

Morning. Was fighting stomach issues. Started the race & just tried to stay in control, but stomach was not cooperating. So decided to exit at 10k. Was happy with my half pacing. Finished 1st in my age group & won a mug & some Fritos. Always happy to be racing. Happy Sunday #runningpunks 🏃♀️
