One year since we seamlessly melded our #C25K programme into our weekly #parkrun and we decided to return to Albert Park to celebrate the anniversary. Didn't set out to do a fast one, but apparently my Z2 and sprint work is paying off, and I ended up with a new 5K PB of 23:55! #running
