#LTHEchat A6 More things should emerge bottom up - but in HEI where the management have the trust to celebrate and support the foment from the bottom. There is too much rigidity, too many many strategies and targets - so the people are more crushed and silent than they used to be.

A6 #LTHEchat We can’t rely on a single direction of travel. Top‑down alone feels imposed. Bottom‑up alone becomes fragmented. The sweet spot is a layer‑cake model: strategic clarity from the top, authentic energy from the bottom, and a strong middle layer that translates vision into lived practice.
