Thanks for your kind message. I'm in a strange limbo where I imagine Rocky here when I'm half asleep. I can't enjoy life without a little pal - a dog keeps me grounded & something for myself. I've applied to the SPCA for a small, middle aged dog. Not a replacement for Rocky but for me & a rescue.

Assuming a static lifetime for methane, emissions appear to be going down. But this is probably an artifact of the model, because methane's lifetime is not static. Total atmospheric methane is still growing, just at a slower rate, so no, there is no cooling effect.
