*any* constitutional change needs to either be considered first or during a process. The lies of 2014 followed by the anti-democratic brexit results means everything is intertwined and needs a stable foundation set by the people.

This was kind of what was missing when Cameron fucked us over with his backbench appeasement all those years ago. People should have been shown, over a longer period of time, in easy to understand chunks, what leaving the EU would really mean. Anything less than that was weapons grade ineptitude.

Can't disagree, but I have to point out, whenever Citizens' Assemblies are mentioned, that most folk don't know what they are or how they would work. A wee bit of education wouldn't go amiss.
