I’ve been wearing my watch to sleep recently… to monitor my sleep and to try to improve it. I’ve managed to ulcerate a tiny patch of skin on my wrist! I wasn’t wearing the watch tight… but I did get it wet washing my hands. I guess I’m sharing this to warn others. Wrists need to sleep too.
