Nope. Under Texas Penal Code Section 22.06, titled "Consent as Defense to Assaultive Conduct" Anthony requested Metcalf to "touch him." This is considered consent for a fight. Anthony cannot claim self defense. Cold blooded murder. He's going to prison for life, where he belongs.
