I do notice a big difference in my own body about how easily (or rather, not as easily) I move around while at a higher weight. It's not eugenics or whatever else people are claiming for people to want to increase their comfort and mobility levels.

Eugenics around fatphobia would be, say, preventing fat people from getting medical care because they're so fat, and then telling them, "Well, just lose weight!" Which, ya know, actually fucking happens
