    I know a bunch of you do medicine, so before I get medicined: NO I did not get checked out by the EMTs or the hospital (but I made Dad do it) because I am a MILLENNIAL and know that healthcare is a luxury. YES I am tracking how I feel, noting symptoms and doing alternating warm and cold on my neck

    I get three things from those comments: 1) They think I’m sick because I just don’t take care of myself/it’s my fault; 2) They think they have the answer from 10 mins of listening to my symptoms that have eluded doctors and me for the last 10 years; 3. They’re not listening.

    I’m so tired, sleeping almost all the time. Along with some of the other symptoms I’m dealing with, it’s concerning. But the fatigue has worsened recently. Seeing my doctor in a couple weeks, wants to check my B12 & iron levels. Then a neurologist in December. I just want some damn solid answers😞

    My migraine/headaches start with right shoulder muscles and a feeling of thicknessin the back of my neck It has the intensity of a migraine and triptans work, but boy am I having a hard time believing it's a classic migraine since I have few of the classic symptoms
