almost 6pm and the call is done!!!!! i did it!!! the doctor was lovely. we went through a LOT and i managed to speak well and like get most of it out with my notes and she’s referring me onto the mental health team next to look at diagnosis routes, more therapy, anything that can help basically

Went to the doctor because I had a sore throat this morning and I’ve been waking up with headaches for the past few days… didn’t have a fever this morning, but had a fever by the time I had my appointment. He told me I was “probably coming down with something”, but to do nothing about it.

Turns out everything I thought was just my body aging as I enter my 30s was just symptoms of a somewhat significant b12 deficiency!

With migraine you never know what will provide relief at any given time! I’ve been in treatment for 6 years now and the cocktail of meds changes as my migraine symptoms and pain changes. I wish it was a static disorder, but it isn’t. Get help if you can!

Sigh. Went to a Kaiser skin care doctor for an annual checkup. I have Kaiser insurance at $1168.39 per month. They paid $168 of a $803 bill. The other $617 gets paid by me. The American insurance industry must be burnt to the ground and the earth salted so it never grows back. #WealthCare
