This is provocative and I don't really agree, but I do think that agents can catch mistakes and errors in paper and their data that you can't. I think you should validate and reproduce papers (at least partially) with an agent and read its outputs, and consider them in your 100% human written review

Ver post1/3 I'm delighted to share that Amira, a tool I worked on during my PhD, has been published in Genome Biology! 🎉 Genome assembly often struggles to reconstruct AMR markers, meaning we can miss them entirely. Amira detects them more sensitively than existing approaches.
