Yes. Where is the understanding of social networks, in person discussions. They describe communication campaigns but we don’t actually get a (qual or quant) understanding of someone’s information ecosystem. Exposure /= impact. That’s not how people make meaning out of things.

If you don't think it's concerning at all, I don't think we need to engage further.
