    Weather fucks with my BP mood, and we are hitting the darkness, rain, and cold. Low grade sadness and just flat to any joy. Psych said let's watch it before med changes. This was the longest streak I've had without excessive mood shifts. I also think elder care kinda hid it from my awareness.

    What they’re really saying is, “That’s uncomfortably close to my own age.” As an old who works at a university, I try to normalize my own aging, but every 20 year old will say, “Oh you’re not old!” primarily because they don’t want to think about their parents’ or grandparents’ mortality.
