Just always say "who". It's less embarrassing to use "who" incorrectly than to use "whom" incorrectly.

Most of the time, if we haven't agreed a schedule & anyone could interrupt me or ask me to do something at any time, I'm forced to remain in a state of alertness. I can't rest or relax. I can't do anything meaningful. It's one reason why I hate not knowing what the schedule is. It's exhausting.
