I hope this will be the first of more frequent outings, especially once I have an electric wheelchair. This time I used my rollator. Illness wise, I'm as capable of this as I was pre my severe decline, but my born condition is struggling more after my time bedbound. I'm grateful for this chance!

Big thing for me today—I had my first non medical outing for the first time in almost 30 months, to a stream near where I live to paint. It turned out I hadn't cleaned my travel brushes and they were strange to use because of it, but I had a lovely time painting as I listened to the ducks. 💙
