Not long ago, I had a friend who I would call whenever I had a panic attack. I’d just hear her voice & I’d calm. I didn’t tell her what was happening. I didn’t need to. She didn’t know. She has no idea how often she did that for me. I had a friend who gave me peace. Now I have madness.
