Maintain scrupulous records. Document every convo with admin, especially about impact on remaining students. Do not respond to student’s gloating. Inclusion is really hard to do well when we aren’t given adequate resources and support.

Now you start filing grievances. If the behavior plan is not effective, it needs to be adjusted. If it has been adjusted, and the student is still creating an environment in which teaching and learning are not possible, it’s time to consider a more restrictive environment like my non public school.
