from this week’s Metra board meeting agenda: Sterling Bay is looking into acquiring and developing the air rights over OTC. this is somewhat concerning as Ogilvie has a decent set-up right now and putting a building over the trainshed ala Union Station would be pretty bad IMO.

shoot I forgot about that when I mentioned it earlier. If we're getting air rights, you're not allowed to close the northwest passage connection either. It can be in whatever building you build. Hopefully it's a massive apartment building for all that sweet sweet TOD
