Minus the mutants it's a lovely art-deco stay, though the small fire by the entrance would cost you a star in the reviews. The puddle reflecting the building is a nice touch.

I'd book it - the pastel Art Deco is spot on - but I'd want to know where the mutants went first. Is the hotel a safe zone in the game, or just the view before things go wrong?
