The Federal government could have helped. For housing: - Zoning reform incentives - Build federal housing - Tighten mortgage insurance standards For health: - Pan-Canadian health data systems and workforce planning - Tie funds to credential streamlining for foreign-trained medical professionals.

I'm not saying Poilievre is a good candidate. I'm saying that some of Mr. Carney's decisions are hurting his chances of getting elected. He's presented himself as an outsider, thereby avoiding criticism of bad Trudeau policies. And then he keeps most of the people responsible for those policies.
